The breakfast was good, I guess.
I booked a seaview room, a room I always book. At reception, I was told the seaview room was unavailable. Instead, I was given a mountain view room, which I detest. Seaview rooms were still available online! The mountain view room overlooked slums and constant barking dogs. It was NOT what I booked.

really good accommodation good breakfast comfortable bed peaceful atmosphere
I loved the really good accommodation from the staff. They showed such care. breakfast was lovely. It presented a variety of options, blending global dishes with local traditional ones. the bed and pillows offered such comfort. Each night was a sweet dream. i felt completely at peace and cared for.
the location was wonderful! though, taxi availability could be a little unpredictable at times.

The room included a tv with cable channels and a work desk area. It was functional and inviting. a mini-bar was stocked with refreshments. It offered both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The hotel featured a chinese restaurant, offering authentic cantonese dishes, and it felt special. the lobby lounge served afternoon tea with pastries. Such a sweet experience. breakfast was available as a buffet. I loved this.

The hotel is situated on top of a hill. It gives panoramic views of the city. it has easy access to both ayala center and sm city. These were both nearby and easy to reach. the neighborhood felt safe and secure.

The concierge service was very helpful. They provided assistance with transportation and local attractions. the staff always greeted me with a smile. It was so heartwarming. room service was available 24 hours. This was so convenient.

the staff was genuinely cute, ensuring a seamless check-in (i felt instantly at home!). the concierge team had great knowledge and provided helpful assistance. the housekeeping team maintained high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout my stay.
the television picture quality was a bit grainy.

the reception staff provided swift check-in procedures. they also showed attention to detail and accommodated my requests. the concierge team was very helpful. the housekeeping team maintained high standards of cleanliness.

lynn, the room attendant, was really good . the restaurant staff and buffet attendants were also amazing, always attentive. she was very accommodating regarding all my requests.
i found the limited water supply in the room inconvenient. only two small bottles were provided per day. i wanted more water without easy access to nearby stores.

the staff were pleasant and accommodating. breakfast buffet had good food. rooms were clean daily with fresh towels and complimentary water.
The fridge needed replacement. It took three calls. the new fridge still took hours to cool beverages. the air conditioning was not adjustable in the room.
