the staff was genuinely cute, ensuring a seamless check-in (i felt instantly at home!). the concierge team had great knowledge and provided helpful assistance. the housekeeping team maintained high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout my stay.

lynn, the room attendant, was really good . the restaurant staff and buffet attendants were also amazing, always attentive. she was very accommodating regarding all my requests.
i found the limited water supply in the room inconvenient. only two small bottles were provided per day. i wanted more water without easy access to nearby stores.

the staff were pleasant and accommodating. breakfast buffet had good food. rooms were clean daily with fresh towels and complimentary water.
The fridge needed replacement. It took three calls. the new fridge still took hours to cool beverages. the air conditioning was not adjustable in the room.
